Group FitnessWe run an 8 week self-defence fitness boot camp for those early birds which incorporates high intensity interval training with a touch of self-defence.

Joe is a qualified fitness instructor so all sessions are filled with interesting workouts coupled with self-defence skills for a complete workout.

Sessions are short and sharp lasting just an hour!
